THE PODIUM FLOORS
With multi-level column-free spaces of a scale rarely seen in New York architecture, the Podium floors draw influence from the sprawling tech campuses of Silicon Valley. Utilizing the underground structural support remaining from the original 1910 Penn Station, the horizontal volume of the Podium floors allows for limitless configuration possibilities which can be adapted to the needs of a forward-thinking workforce.
THE TOWER FLOORS
Rising above the Podium and starting at 222 feet, the Tower Floors pull in light and air with dramatic windows and 11'-9" ceilings.
