Clearly marked and strategically positioned entrances for PENN 2, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden regulate the flow of visitors. The open streetscape and elevated platforms at the base of PENN 2 distinguish it as an ideal meeting point for the entire PENN District.
With its reception area lifted 18 feet in the air, the triple height space of PENN 2’s glass box Lower Lobby welcomes the building’s tenants and their guests before ascending the escalators.

The PENN District campus provides a collection of amenities available to all of Vornado’s PENN District tenants, including a series of furnished tenant work lounges serviced by multiple food and beverage offerings.
TOWN HALL
Tenants of PENN 2 are encouraged to utilize the Town Hall: a 4,000 SF multi-use auditorium space suspended above the 33rd Street Plaza. Used regularly as a social stair, the Town Hall features a highly flexible seating system: keynote talks for 300, formal banquets, conferences, workshops, and open floor exhibitions are only a few of the many possibilities.

SUSTAINABILITY
PENN 2 is presently LEED Gold through the Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance designation.

The Building will maintain its LEED Gold status with the potential to improve to Platinum through tenant partnerships.
